Program Manager — Education

SAHA is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our education initiatives across multiple districts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in education program management, donor reporting, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of education programs
• Manage a team of 15+ field staff across multiple districts
• Prepare donor reports and ensure compliance with grant requirements
• Coordinate with government education departments and partner organizations
• Develop and manage program budgets

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Development, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in education program management
• Strong donor reporting and budget management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Fluency in English and Urdu required
