Management Team

Day-to-day operations are overseen by the Executive Director, supported by a dedicated team of experienced professionals.

SAHA currently maintains a core team of Eight staff members based at its headquarters, each fulfilling specific roles aligned with their expertise and responsibilities. The team possesses relevant technical skills and typically has 5–6 years of prior experience in the NGO and development sectors, enabling SAHA to effectively plan, execute, manage, and monitor its programs with a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and accountability. As a youth-led and youth-focused organization, SAHA has on boarded a motivated group of youth ambassadors, officers, and volunteers who actively support and contribute to the organization's activities, ensuring that youth voices and perspectives are integrated into all aspects of its work.
